The original pulsation dampener in the FSI model 500's was a poor design that allows chemical vapor to enter the plumbing cabinet and electrical cabinet creating corrosion problems. This dampener kit creates a completely closed system that prevents chemical vapor from entering the cabinet(s), keeping the CDM much cleaner and safer to work on while extending the life of electrical components. This kit includes all fittings, dampener, regulator w/gauge, and mounting hardware. Takes about 2 hours to install. Very Easy!
