Northlake has developed PLC and Touch Screen retrofit kits to replace the ACS 1100's and 2200's, FSI 1000 and 500 bit bus systems, and the Systems Chemistry D100 and D2000 MDU'S. These retrofit kits require very little down time to install, require no maintenance and are built out of parts that can be purchased over the Internet with next day delivery and supported for the next 10 years or longer. Northlake also provides touch screen retrofit kits for FSI 1000's, 1200's, 1500's, Chem-blends and 5000's.  Our software uses the same button navigation method so there is nothing new to learn, but it also offers detailed object animation showing valve's and their positions, tank levels, sensor status and more. These screens replace the Data Panel H Mark 1 and Mark 2 versions, CTC Parker, and AFE Fortress panels all of which are no longer supported or have a very high cost of owner ship or both. Northlake panels are typically half the cost of FSI/BOC/Air Liquide and have more features with a better life span. All of our panels are the same make and model, therefore if you have different models of bulk fill equipment, the screens are interchangeable, thus reducing the level of spares.

Northlake is extremely fluent in Allen Bradley, GE, and Automation Direct and can make changes to your Cimplicity, CDU/MDU operation or your remote I/O structure as your facility requirements change at a much lower cost than our competition. With our new web browser technology we can even make changes and monitor your system from anywhere in the world, increasing speed of recovery while eliminating travel cost.
